About the Role
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars and restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Wash worktables and walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
- Ensure floors and work surfaces are kept free of trash and water to prevent accidents.
- Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans.
- Wash dishes by hand or in the dishwasher.
- Sort silverware before cleaning.
- Load and unload the dishwasher properly.
- Sort and store clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, platters, etc., using proper procedures.
- Assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.
Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and kitchen staff.
- No experience needed but a desire to work hard is required.
