Role Description
We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Account Manager who owns client relationships with confidence. You know how to manage expectations, navigate feedback, keep projects on track, and make clients feel like the most important account we have.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning client relationships and being the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Managing briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Coordinating with creative, content, strategy, and production teams for seamless delivery.
- Preparing and presenting project updates, campaign reports, and strategy decks.
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Using AI tools to streamline reporting, deck creation, and client communication.
AI Tools We Use
- ChatGPT / Claude - client communication drafts, report writing, and meeting prep
- Notion AI / Gamma - presentation and proposal generation
- Loom - async client updates and walkthroughs
- Slack / Monday.com - project coordination and client communication
- Google Analytics / Meta Business Suite - performance reporting

Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Knack for content planning, client coordination, and creative briefs.
- Brownie points for experience managing social media accounts across sports, lifestyle, architecture, interiors, automotive, healthcare, or consumer brands.
Location
- In Person, On-Site Role based out of Ahmedabad.
