Associate Customer Support (Banking Voice Process) at Tech Mahindra.

Job Location: SBC Tech Park, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for banking clients.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Adhere to process guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Meet productivity and performance targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in any one of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, or Tamil.
• Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Experience

• Freshers
• Experienced candidates up to 24 months

Working Days

• 6 Days Working
• 1 Rotational Week Off

Salary

• INR 13,000 to INR 22,000 take home /month (Based on relevant Experience (BPO))
