About the Role

Kustodian is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Associate to manage day-to-day financial operations and help build strong financial processes at an early-stage startup. This is an opportunity to work closely with the founders and take ownership of finance, compliance coordination, payroll, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Track receivables and follow up on collections.
• Process vendor payments and maintain invoice and expense trackers.
• Coordinate with the CA and external advisors on financial documentation.
• Track GST, TDS, and other compliance deadlines.
• Support the Sales team with pricing, refunds, and cancellations.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing.
• Assist with financial projections and MIS reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• A trustworthy individual with a long-term commitment mindset.

Good to Have

• Experience in MIS reporting, financial projections, fintech, startup finance, accounting, or coordination with CAs and auditors.
