EIC Apprentice, Valuations and Advisory

About the Role

The Apprenticeship Program is a 6-month to 1-year program designed for training. The Valuation Advisory Apprentice will be largely involved in the execution of valuation assignments, coordination with internal/external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary field surveys and interact with local brokers.
• Prepare databases of various real estate asset classes.
• Undertake research on assigned topics, including:
• Luxury real estate overview in India: Major demand drivers, reasons for shift in preferences, profitability, and performance of major projects.
• List of major real estate-based AIFs (Category-II) in India, their performance, market size, and contribution to real estate growth.
• Consumption story of India and its impact on different real estate asset classes.
• India Future: Manufacturing vs. Services Sector or Both.
• Know-how of warehouse systems and an overview of the warehouse asset class.
• PAN India Mega Infrastructure projects being planned and their impact on real estate.
• Senior Living overview.
• PAN India Retail Industry trends and research papers on existing and upcoming retail mall supply.
• Maintain databases of projects, developers, and investors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Intermediate to advanced excel skills are essential.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Under-Graduate in Finance or any other engineering discipline.
• Under-Graduate in Marketing or Data Management.
