About the Role
Seeking an Agentic AI Developer to join the AI Engineering team, driving the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions for MarTech use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic AI Development
- Design and implement autonomous and multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool invocation, and workflow execution.
- Build agent workflows using agent orchestration frameworks.
- Develop reusable agent components, skills, tools, and enterprise integrations.
- Enable human-in-the-loop controls and agent governance mechanisms.
- LLM & Generative AI Engineering
- Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases.
- Design robust prompt engineering and prompt management strategies.
- Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and response quality.
- Implement model evaluation and monitoring frameworks.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Design and implement enterprise-scale RAG solutions.
- Build document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and ranking pipelines.
- Manage vector databases and knowledge repositories.
- Improve factual accuracy and reduce AI hallucinations through grounded retrieval strategies.
