About the Role
- Supports developers (front end and back end) to deliver planned user stories.
- Assists Scrum Master & System Analyst during grooming & planning, reviewing stories for technical feasibility.
- Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Engineering matters, often requiring cross-organizational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivers on assigned user stories.
- Supports developers (front end and back end) to deliver planned user stories.
- Supports Scrum Master & System Analyst during grooming & planning, reviews stories for technical feasibility.
- Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Engineering matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.
- Performs defect fixes, quality assurance & reporting.
- Supports modern REST API applications using Spring Boot/Quarkus.
- Able to create UI High level and Detailed Design for applications.
- Performs hands-on coding using Java/J2EE & unit testing.
- Interacts with tech leads to understand technology direction/changes, standards, and best practices.
- Resolves technical issues for designers and developers during the project lifecycle.
