About the Role

• Full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
• Responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring manufacturing targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring production schedules.
• Allocating workforce and resources.
• Coordinating with procurement, quality, and installation teams to meet project timelines.
• Tracking production output.
• Troubleshooting issues on the shop floor.
• Implementing process improvements to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
• Maintaining compliance with safety standards.
• Keeping accurate production records.
• Providing clear communication and guidance to production staff.
• Collaborating closely with management to report performance metrics.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with HPIPL’s technology and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and workforce coordination.
• Experience managing Production Schedules and Production Planning.
• Production Management skills, including workflow optimization, process improvement, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide clear instructions.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of production reporting tools, basic MS Office, and familiarity with ISO and safety compliance practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, solve operational issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
