About the Role
This role is for someone who wants to see how a startup is built from the inside, working directly with the CEO on the most critical tasks each week.
What You'll Do
- Research markets, competitors, and government schemes for new projects.
- Draft proposals, pitch decks, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with government departments, partners, and vendors.
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams.
- Help with hiring, operations, and day-to-day execution.
- Take on special projects and see them through to completion.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English; Assamese is a big plus.
- Clear thinker who can structure messy problems.
- Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and AI tools.
- Proactive, organised, and reliable with deadlines.
- Curious about AI, startups, and public-sector tech.
- Students or recent graduates from any background are welcome.
