About the Role
As an AI/ML Engineer, you will conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques. You will train, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain models that learn from data. You will contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You will collaborate with data engineers, software developers, data scientists, and mission stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions to creatively apply AI/ML solutions to solve cutting-edge problems and triage large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain models that learn from data.
- Contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, data scientists, and mission stakeholders.
- Apply AI/ML solutions to solve cutting-edge problems.
- Triage large datasets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
- Experience working with LLMs, generative AI systems, or agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Python and object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, supporting tools, and design patterns, such as LangGraph, MCP, or A2A.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Nice to Have
- Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience deploying generative AI systems into production environments.
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community.
- Experience with a deep learning framework such as PyTorch or Keras.
- Knowledge of security requirements for production code in government systems.
- Ability to translate general user requirements into actionable tasks.
- Master's degree in a STEM field preferred.
- Doctorate degree in a STEM field a plus.
