About the Role
The Summer Games is an innovative internship program designed to develop breakthrough ideas and solutions for complex customer problems while fostering technical skill development. Interns work in teams, simulating a startup accelerator environment, receiving mentorship, and leveraging Booz Allen's products and engagement models. The program culminates in a final Challenge Cup competition and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop breakthrough ideas or solutions for customer problems.

- Present solutions to senior leadership.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Assembly, Python, Perl, R, or Bash.
- Experience with machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms in academic or internship environments.
- Experience with conducting research and writing software.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Qualifications
- Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Nice to have: Ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Nice to have: Possession of excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Nice to have: Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clearance
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation
- Projected compensation range: $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
