About the Role
This role involves working on Architectural projects for international clients across Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining models.
- Prepare technical drawings.
- Support coordination activities.
- Work independently on end-to-end target delivery within an agile team environment.
- Understand various Architectural Design elements, construction methods, and detailing requirements.
- Deliver Architectural Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality.
- Prepare detailed designs, including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs).
- Communicate client objectives to team members clearly.
- Independently communicate with clients in written and spoken English.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD
- Revit Architecture
- MS Office
Qualifications
- B. Arch degree required.
- Knowledge of updated AutoCAD or Revit Software is considered.
- Experience in US Projects is a plus.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
