Talent Scout
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT professionals.
- Screen candidate profiles and evaluate their technical qualifications.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technology talent.
- Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and the IT hiring landscape.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / BE (Computer Science or related Technology discipline)
- MCA
- BCA
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technology-related field
Desired Skills
- Good understanding of technology and core IT concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- A genuine interest in building a career in Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
