• Collaborating with team members to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting.
• Managing Workday projects, focusing on human resources, finance, payroll, and talent management applications.
• Developing skills in Workday Integration, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Studio to enhance client solutions.
• Applying strategic technology planning to drive business transformation and process optimization.
• Gathering and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients.
• Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver quality work consistently.
• Building a personal brand by taking ownership of tasks and contributing to team success.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1+ years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
