Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with layout, surveying, and project documentation.
• Support quality assurance and ensure field compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate logs, drawings, and daily field documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Help drive schedule adherence and field productivity.
• Learn best-in-class processes with a clear path to higher project engineering and management roles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Commercial construction experience or internships preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in the Field.
• Must have worked in AZ Construction and be local to Arizona.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow within a reputable GC known for promoting talent from within.
• Good tenure; professionals who are committed, reliable, and invested in long-term career development are valued.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field experience) is a plus.
