IOS and Android Application Management Intern

About the Role

The IOS and Android Application Management Intern will support the day-to-day administration and monitoring of mobile applications. This position offers hands-on experience in mobile application management within a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with application configuration, updates, and performance checks.
• Coordinating with internal teams to address user issues on iOS and Android platforms.
• Helping document incidents.
• Following standardized procedures to resolve issues.
• Escalating complex problems when needed.
• Analyzing usage patterns and basic app metrics.
• Contributing to process improvements.
• Maintaining clear records of changes and support activities.
• Handling releases and updates.
• Fixing bugs and small issues.
• Monitoring the app and keeping it stable.
• Following documentation and flagging anything that needs a decision.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret application performance, user issues, and basic usage data.
• Background or interest in Information Technology and familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Ability to provide Technical Support and perform basic Troubleshooting for application-related problems.
• Understanding of Business Process concepts and willingness to learn how applications support operational workflows.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps, app stores, and common device settings.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document issues and resolutions accurately.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad.
• Exposure to app management tools is a plus.
