BD Intern

About the Role

WeVOIS is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Business Development and Tender teams in identifying new business opportunities across our solid waste management, clean-tech, and government/ULB projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to government tenders, e-procurement, business research, and end-to-end business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and business opportunity research.
• Research government, ULB, and private-sector tenders relevant to WeVOIS.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and basic requirements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining tender-related documentation.
• Support the team in identifying and tracking potential business opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, leads, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and documents.
• Perform basic data analysis and prepare insights for the BD team.
• Support day-to-day documentation and MS Office-related activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Research skills.
• Documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Good learning ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of tenders/e-tendering is an advantage.
