Java Full Stack/Mern Developer Cum Trainer

About the Role

CertED Technologies is seeking a full-time, on-site Java Full Stack/MERN Developer cum Trainer to be based in Gwalior. This role combines hands-on software development with the crucial responsibility of training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java-based and MERN stack technologies.
• Adhere to best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Prepare and deliver structured technical training programs.
• Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions.
• Mentor learners on real-world projects and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Create training content and exercises.
• Review code and provide feedback to trainees.
• Support fresher hiring initiatives through technical assessments.
• Stay current with emerging technologies.
• Contribute to curriculum updates and continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in full stack development using Java technologies (Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot) and MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Understanding of responsive and user-centered design.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with basic deployment practices.
• Ability to design and deliver technical training, including curriculum planning, lesson creation, hands-on labs, and learner assessment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in software development life cycle, debugging, and code review.
• Experience collaborating within agile or similar methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps basics, or other full stack frameworks is an advantage.
• Prior corporate training or academic teaching experience is an advantage.
