Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our design team in developing architectural drawings, 2D layouts, 3D models, and façade designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, proficiency in AutoCAD, and an interest in working on customized façade and exterior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations of architectural designs and façade systems.
• Assist in preparing design concepts, material layouts, and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with senior architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Review architectural drawings and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation, as required.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements, dimensions, and design standards.
• Support the execution team by providing technical drawings and design clarifications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modelling software such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Good visualization, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
