About the Role
Shiksolve Education LLP is a professional growth and development organization focused on empowering working professionals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role supports the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across platforms, aligned with Shiksolve Education’s brand and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting social media posts.
- Assisting in designing visual content.
- Monitoring social media engagement.
- Responding to comments and messages.
- Helping track performance metrics.
- Collaborating with marketing and counseling teams to highlight programs, success stories, and learning opportunities.
- Assisting with basic digital marketing activities such as campaign support and audience research.
Requirements & Tech Stack

- Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Familiarity with content trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon.

Qualifications
- Interest in education, professional development, or career counseling.
- Willingness to learn social media and marketing tools.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.
