About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, and Data Visualization, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. The candidate will work on predictive modeling, business intelligence solutions, NLP applications, and dashboard development to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate Machine Learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering use cases.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python, SQL, and statistical techniques.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and Excel.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate business insights from structured and unstructured datasets.
• Work with large datasets from APIs, databases, and cloud platforms such as BigQuery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Develop NLP-based solutions using transformer models and modern AI frameworks.
• Create data storytelling presentations and visualizations for business users.
• Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support research, experimentation, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.

Qualifications

• MCA / Masters in Computer Applications or related discipline.
• Exposure to end-to-end ML project development and deployment.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting automation solutions.
• Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, and Explainable AI (SHAP) is an advantage.
• Research publication experience is desirable.
