Position Details

• Location: Openings throughout Missouri
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities
• Shifts: Days, Nights, Evenings, and Weekends
• Patient Population: Children and young adults with trachs, ventilators, and G-tubes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient's condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support families through education.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe care environment.

Shift Differentials

• Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour (7 nights/week, 7p-7a)
• Saturday/Sunday Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour (Saturday 12a-Mon 12a)
