About the Role

NeoDocs is seeking a full-time, on-site AI Video Editor Assistant based in Mumbai. This role focuses on creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including product interfaces, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Packaging & Print

• Design kit packaging, test-card artwork, inserts, and instruction leaflets.
• Own in-clinic collateral, including posters, doctor-facing one-pagers, and sample reports.
• Maintain brand consistency across product, print, and digital as the company scales.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors on output.

Growth & Marketing Creative

• Create performance ad creatives and iterate based on conversion data.
• Design landing pages, email assets, and social media assets with the growth team.
• Produce pitch decks and product collateral for partners and international markets.
• Ship variations quickly; volume and speed are prioritized over a single perfect asset.

Research & Craft

• Participate in user calls and clinic visits to translate insights into design changes.
• Prototype and test designs before handing them off to engineering.
• Keep files organized and ready for handoff, ensuring clear specifications for engineers.
• Contribute references and a point of view, not just execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fluent in Figma.
• Comfortable using Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and AI Tools.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience, or a portfolio strong enough to demonstrate relevant skills.
• Portfolio should showcase your thought process and design journey, including the iterative process.
• Strong instincts for typography and layout.
• Willingness to design across various formats, including product packaging.
• Ability to receive feedback well and iterate quickly without ego.
• Motion, 3D, and illustration skills are not required.
• A genuine interest in health, fitness, or diagnostics is a plus.
