Job Description
Hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for multiple openings in Voice, Chat, and Email Support processes with reputed MNC clients in Pune.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
- Freshers can apply for selected processes.
- Minimum 1 year of experience required for experienced positions.
- Experience in any Voice or Chat process is acceptable.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Shift Details
- UK, USA & Australia-based processes.
