About the Role

• Looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join the HR team.
• Gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Reach out to candidates, follow up, and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Support the HR team with recruitment drives and other hiring-related activities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and job portals.
• A proactive attitude and interest in HR and recruitment.
