About the Role

As an Owner Intern at Sanyuk Organisation, you will support the strategic and operational activities that drive the organisation’s development. This is a fully remote internship role, providing flexibility while requiring a high level of accountability and self-management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and prioritizing initiatives.
• Coordinate remote team communication.
• Help manage basic administrative and documentation tasks.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and services.
• Participate in online meetings.
• Prepare simple reports or summaries.
• Collaborate with others to ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to support basic business operations, including organizing tasks, tracking progress, and helping coordinate small projects.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and effective participation in remote meetings.
• Comfort with remote work tools (email, video conferencing, shared documents) and basic digital literacy.
• Demonstrated reliability, sense of ownership, and willingness to take initiative within defined responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and respect for diverse perspectives.
• Current student or recent graduate in any field; interest in entrepreneurship, management, or organizational development is beneficial.
• Prior experience in any internship, volunteer, or project-based work is an advantage but not required.
