About the Role
Join Education Matters and be part of India's growing international education sector. This is an opportunity to engage with aspiring students, work alongside experienced Study Abroad Experts and gain exposure to student recruitment opportunities for leading global universities.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and understand their study abroad ambitions.
- Identify and qualify leads based on students' academic profiles and interests.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work with our Study Abroad Experts on student profiling, counselling, documentation and university applications.
- Develop business opportunities and support student recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enjoy connecting and communicating with people.
- Have a proactive, positive and learning-oriented attitude.
- Possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
Experience & Tech Stack
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer engagement.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
