Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert.
• Master skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships for business building.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of prioritizing customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following:
• Sales (e.g., commission sales, sales with set goals, bonus potential)
• Customer Service (e.g., retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality, call center)
• Leadership (e.g., management, military, athletics/team activities, clubs, organizations, community involvement)
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship required now or in the future.
