What You'll Experience
As a CAPTRUST intern, you will:
- Work alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will vary based on the assigned department and business needs. Interns may:
- Support meaningful projects and initiatives within their assigned team.
- Conduct research and assist with analysis relevant to their department.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other internal or client-facing materials.
- Assist with data collection, organization, and reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and functions.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and networking activities.
- Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a financial services organization.
- Contribute to projects supporting CAPTRUST’s clients, colleagues, and strategic priorities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a four-year college degree and/or graduate degree.
- Rising junior or senior preferred.
- Academic focus may include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional, collaborative environment.
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
- Interest in financial services, investment management, wealth management, or the applicable business function.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Previous internship, work, leadership, or relevant academic experience preferred.
