About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Pune District. The Volunteer will support day-to-day operations, assist project teams with documentation, coordination, and basic research tasks related to cloud and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations.
• Assist project teams with documentation, coordination, and basic research tasks.
• Help organize internal events or training sessions.
• Prepare reports and summaries.
• Update records and databases.
• Support communication with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with community outreach activities, social initiatives, or awareness programs.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Follow established processes.
• Proactively contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic research.
• Ability to organize information clearly.
• Ability to prepare simple documents or presentations.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and a collaborative approach.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on commitments.
• Comfort with using common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processors).
• Willingness to learn new systems or applications.
• Positive attitude, reliability.
• Genuine interest in Cloud, AI, or technology-driven initiatives.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune District and participate in full-time schedules.
• Prior volunteer or internship experience is beneficial but not required.
• Relevant academic background or coursework in technology, business, or social impact fields is a plus, but applicants from diverse disciplines are welcome.
