About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to promote online education programs for working professionals. The role involves connecting with potential learners, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable programs to drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand learners career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve enrollment and sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Handle queries and guide learners throughout the enrollment process.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
