About the Role
- Role: Social Media Marketing Intern
- Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru (on-site)
- Duration: 6-month internship
- Schedule: 6 days a week
- Team: Founding content team
Key Responsibilities
- Be the face of Lane: present on camera in reels, walkthroughs, and learner stories.
- Script and create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
- Edit your own videos (if editing is an interest).
- Track content performance and translate insights into new ideas.
- Identify new learner personas and create content for them.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on shoots, campaigns, and trends.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable and natural on camera.
- Proficient with Reels and Shorts, understanding what drives engagement.
- Good eye for vertical (9:16) video.
- Editing skills are a bonus.
- Curious about data analysis.
- Organized and reliable.
