About the Role
Basu Classes is a leading coaching center in Noida, Delhi NCR, specializing in classes 7 to 12 for CBSE boards. This is a full-time, on-site Physics Teacher position based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Physics lessons for students in classes 11 & 12, aligned with CBSE curricula.
- Plan and conduct classroom sessions.
- Explain core concepts and solve numerical problems.
- Guide students through theory and practical applications.
- Assess student performance.
- Prepare tests and assignments.
- Provide individualized support.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to maintain high academic standards.
- Contribute to exam preparation strategies.
- Mentor students.
- Support holistic development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong subject expertise in Physics and Physics Education.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or a related field.
- A B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Experience teaching CBSE students in classes 11 & 12, preferably in a coaching or school environment.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics.
- Ability to motivate diverse learners.
- Strong communication skills.
