About the Role
Full-time, on-site position at the Chennai location.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of office and production areas for BEHINDWOODS.
- Cleaning floors, furniture, and surfaces.
- Cleaning sanitary facilities.
- Regular waste disposal.
- Maintaining order and hygiene in all rooms.
- Monitoring cleaning materials.
- Reporting necessary repairs or significant soiling.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant working environment.
Qualifications
- Competence in commercial cleaning, office cleaning, and housekeeping.
- Experience in window cleaning and carpet cleaning.
- Knowledge of general housekeeping and deep cleaning, including dusting, floor maintenance, and sanitary cleaning.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Strong awareness of hygiene and safety standards.
- Physical resilience.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Basic knowledge of English or a regional language for team communication.
