About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Work with teams operating within a service group, product group, and/or project group.
- Assist with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting, and internal communication services with team members.
- Investigate and communicate potential opportunities for process improvement and potential project initiatives.
- Work with different departments including sales, marketing, and business development to develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes.
- Deliver and/or manage assigned projects and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Identify, define, and address problems that are not immediately evident but typically not difficult or complex.
- Make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems.
- Communicate primarily with internal contacts within the immediate group.
- Contact others to gather, confirm, and convey information.
