Axibator is a next-generation incubator designed for student founders, first-time entrepreneurs, and grassroots innovators across India. We support scrappy and fast-moving individuals, transforming raw ideas into minimum viable products and early traction through programs like Ignite Cohort, School of Entrepreneurship, and Local Launchpads. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and stakeholder alignment.

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management processes such as recruitment, talent acquisition, performance assessments, and employee engagement
• Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, organizational development, and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of labor laws, workplace compliance, and best practices for HR policies
• Experience with HR analytics, HR systems, and data-driven decision-making
• Leadership qualities with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in a startup or incubator ecosystem is an advantage
