About the Role
- Process: US Process (Healthcare)
- Designation: AR Caller Trainee
- Department: Medical Billing
- Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
- Work Location: Koregaon Park, Mundhwa, Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Handle US Process calls.
- Engage in AR Calling.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Willing to work in US Shift (Night Shift).
- Excellent communication in English.
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills are mandatory.
- Good to have analytical presentation and communication skills.
- Flexibility towards work.
- Ability to adapt to organization culture.
Qualifications
- Any graduate can apply.
- Includes 2021 to 2026 pass-out graduates.
- Note: 2026 pass-outs who completed final semester exams without standing arrears or backlogs can apply.
Preferred Experience
- Candidates with 0-1 year of experience in BPO (Domestic & International) can attend.
- Any International voice process background will be given high priority.
