About the Role
ARDEM Data Services is looking for a smart, energetic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-month remote internship with a chance of full-time conversion.
Role Snapshot
- Position: HR Recruiter Intern
- Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR (Mandatory)
- Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Mine LinkedIn to find and connect with top talent at target companies.
- Turn connections into qualified candidate leads.
- Create, post, and manage job ads on LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
- Screen the recruitment inbox daily and shortlist the best-fit candidates.
- Update candidate details in the ATS and tag the right HR.
- Work closely with the whole HR team to close positions faster.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn hiring and Boolean search.
- Experience with social media hiring and creating job ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A quick learner who takes ownership and pays attention to detail.
