About the Role
West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support their Atlanta branch. This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Location: Buford, GA (Onsite)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 am–5:00 pm | Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with post-installation service requests
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow-up
- Order replacement parts through manufacturers when needed
- Communicate schedule updates and service timelines to customers
- Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
