3D Visualizer

About the Role

The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders and visualizations that accurately represent architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing detailed 3D models.
• Applying realistic materials and lighting.
• Producing still images and walkthroughs.
• Collaborating closely with architects, designers, and project managers to refine visual outputs based on feedback.
• Interpreting drawings and client requirements.
• Ensuring visual presentations align with project goals and brand standards.
• Preparing graphics and layouts for client presentations and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Strong Visualization skills to translate architectural and interior concepts into compelling 3D renders and walkthroughs.
• Graphics and Graphic Design skills to create clear, visually engaging presentations, layouts, and project documentation.
• Lighting skills to set up realistic lighting scenarios that enhance mood, depth, and material accuracy in 3D visuals.
• Drawing skills to understand and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and sketches for accurate 3D modeling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Experience in architectural and interior visualization for residential and commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary design and project teams.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is advantageous.
