About the Role

Beyond Goofy is hiring a Marketing Intern in the Founder's Office. You will run paid growth on Meta, shape creative and brand, and use AI to move fast. You'll work directly with the founder and own real campaigns from week one.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns; run A/B tests on creatives, hooks and audiences
• Track CTR, CPA and ROAS, and share a short weekly report with next steps
• Turn customer and competitor insights into creative briefs, UGC scripts, statics and Reels
• Keep brand voice and visuals consistent across ads, landing pages and social
• Test new growth levers: funnels, offers, referrals and partnerships
• Use AI tools daily for research, copy, creative and reporting, and build simple automations

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on Meta Ads experience (a brand, club, side project or your own store counts)
• Comfortable with numbers and a sharp eye for creative
• Daily user of AI tools beyond basic prompting
• Clear writing and an ownership mindset

Bonus: First-hand experience using Claude via MCP or the API, e.g. connecting it to Drive, Sheets or ad data, or automating reporting and creative variations.

• Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 per month
