About the Role

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns to promote IHM Connect’s ERP solutions. This internship role is based on-site in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Help manage digital channels.
• Contribute to basic web analytics reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize online presence and brand awareness.
• Research trends.
• Prepare marketing materials.
• Update dashboards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaign planning and channel management.
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to assist in tracking performance and optimizing digital initiatives.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively, create clear content, and present ideas.
• Basic understanding of SEO, content creation, or design tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo & video editing) is beneficial.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
