About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Deliver a high-quality, personalized sales experience.
• Manage the sales floor.
• Assist clients with product selection and purchases.
• Process transactions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Handle after-sales support.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Represent Montblanc’s brand values in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and professional in-store experience.
• Sales and retail proficiency, including experience with upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and team targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present luxury products and brand stories clearly and confidently.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing merchandising, stock, and accurate point-of-sale transactions.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with flexibility to support store hours including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, accessories, or premium consumer goods is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and comfort with learning retail software; additional language skills beyond English and Hindi are a plus.
