Property Sales Executive

About the Role

• Operating in the residential and commercial real estate sector in India.
• Supports property sales, channel partnerships, and customer advisory services across primary and secondary markets.
• Focuses on end-to-end client acquisition, site coordination, and deal closure for property portfolios spanning apartments, plotted developments, and commercial space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
• Promote real estate projects through calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing and convert them into clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures and ongoing client support.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events for lead generation.
