About the Role
At The Fresh Factory, we're building a café where every ingredient has a story, every meal is thoughtfully crafted, and every guest should leave feeling better than they arrived. We're looking for Waiters / F&B Associates who are warm, observant, energetic, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with confidence and attention to detail.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen, barista, and retail teams.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- English communication proficiency.

- Takes pride in delivering hospitality, not just service.
