About the Role
- Gain hands-on experience in a professional setup as a Human Resources Intern.
- Join the HR team.
- Duration: 3 Months.
- Location: On-site | Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and assist with documentation.
- Contribute to daily HR operations.
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates in Human Resources or related fields.
- Undergraduates with strong communication skills and an interest in HR are welcome.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the HR function.
