About the Role
Cavallo Home is a luxury interior design studio specializing in bespoke furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and premium residential and commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to develop design concepts.
- Create layouts and detailed drawings.
- Select materials and finishes.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Conduct site visits.
- Oversee project execution while ensuring quality, functionality, aesthetics, and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, balanced, and visually compelling environments.
- Skills in Architecture and understanding of Construction Drawings to collaborate effectively with project teams and ensure accurate execution.
- Experience with FF&E selection (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to curate cohesive and high-end interiors.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools).
- Familiarity with material specifications.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in luxury or high-end residential/commercial projects preferred.
- Strong communication and client presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends.
- Knowledge of local building codes.
- Coordination with contractors and vendors.
