About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Junior Site Engineers. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day construction activities, monitoring site progress, coordinating with contractors and ensuring that work is carried out as per project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily construction and site activities.
- Monitor ongoing civil and construction work at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project specifications.
- Assist in measuring materials and maintaining site records.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Support project planning and daily progress reporting.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and regulations.
- Report site issues and progress updates to the Senior Engineer / Project Manager.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Freshers with a strong interest in construction and site execution.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction activities and building materials.
- Ability to read and understand basic civil drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Positive attitude, learning mindset and problem-solving ability.
