Job Title: International Voice Process Executive / Senior Executive
Location: Chennai (Work From Office)
Process: International Voice Process
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and compliance standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English Communication (verbal and written).
- Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working in a 5-day work week with rotational week-offs.
Qualifications
- HSC / Any Graduate
Experience
- Freshers and Experienced (0-4 Years)
Compensation
- Freshers: 3.1 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 4.2 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
