About the Role

As an Optical Sales Associate at Eye-Q Eye Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting patients in selecting eyewear that suits their needs. You will be responsible for educating customers about our products, performing eyewear fittings, and providing support for various optical devices and services. Your goal will be to enhance the overall patient experience and ensure that all customers leave satisfied with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on lenses and frames.
• Educate customers about the different types of eyewear products and their benefits.
• Perform eyewear fittings and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and fit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area for optical products.
• Process sales transactions accurately while managing inventory levels.
• Stay informed about current trends in eyewear and new product offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the optical team to ensure seamless customer service and operations.
